As a Maintenance Technician in the Aviation Industry I understand that the customer does not see the care and knowledge of the servicing crew for the conduct of their normal tasks. I was pleasantly surprised, when in the days following the servicing I realised that a number of small jobs that I have been intending to do for some time have been found and corrected by the Temby Auto Service mechanics: e.g. windscreen washers that did did not produce a good pattern now function flawlessly, non-operating interior lights now work (and it was more than bulb replacement), Temby mechanics even identified rattling of damaged and loose interior panels and notified me about their possible replacement. Eltham Mechanic earns National honour

Your local Repco Authorised Car Service Eltham centre Temby Auto Service have reason to celebrate after being awarded the prestigious "Dealer of the Year" in the recent Repco National Awards ceremony. Owner Andrew Temby and wife Michelle were ecstatic after being voted the best by a council of peers all over Australia. National Dealer Awards recognise exceptional levels of workshop operation and is judged on criteria such as customer service, quality of workmanship and a demonstrated commitment to staff training and development.

"Andrew and Michelle run a first class mechanical workshop and thoroughly deserve this win," Mr Dave Mathewson, Business Development Manager for Repco in Victoria, was excited by the local win. "They have an outstanding team epitomising the Repco values of quality and I am delighted with this recognised on a national scale." The Tembys moved their car service in 1991 to its current location at 13A Brougham street, Eltham, providing general repairs and servicing to all car makes, models and fleets. The ratchets were among the best with a sensitive trigger for easy speed control,” says Andrew Temby of Temby Auto Service.
